”Loved our little staycation at the Cordis. Staff were super friendly and helpful from the front desk, the wait staff in 8 restaurant to the cleaners. They took the time to include our daughter with a complimentary kids goodie bag and a fluffy when we ordered coffees. Hotel pool was great. Both pool and the spa were ideal temperatures. The breakfast buffet at 8 restaurant was fantastic. Had everything you could possibly want. We appreciated the fact that the cleaners came and tidied our room...

”I didn't get to see much of the spa because you needed to book a facial or massage to use it. I had a pedicure but that didn't count for some reason. Would be nice if you could just pay a small fee if all you wanted to do was get access to the spa area for the day. And maybe put a few indoor plants in there; because there's no windows so it feels a little claustrophobic.”

”Tiny room and very basic. We only slept there 5 hours before our early flight. The airport bus stops right in front which is handy.”

”I did not use the minibar, however I received a bill by email including minibar charges. Also, the coffee machine in my room was not working, and although I requested a replacement, it took approximately one and a half hours for the new machine to arrive.”

”There was a swimming pool that was not mentioned on hotels.com. it saved a lot. The rental car return was quite a challenge. Most difficult was to find the tranfer from the airport to the hotel. I guess it would not be so hard to organixe the alphabets from A to D.”

”Comfortable pillows and robes in the room. The flooring looks nice but it gets very slippery when the air con is turned off. It's also very cold when the air con is on so a pair of slippers would be nice. There was no conditioner in the room but it was brought when I requested it. Only two instant coffee bags were brought and that was not really enough so I bought my own instant coffee. Upon arrival 4 600ml bottles of water were brought into the room and more arrived later during the stay so it...
