”The concierge was very helpful. After a long24 hour drive from Tallahassee Florida to Denver Colorado wit 30 minutes of sleep and a 10 hour shift of work renovation of the FSu stadium o was beat. She was super nice, and charming. When my dog forced me to get locked out of the room she helped us back in and carried part of my DoorDash meal as we trekked back to the 4th floor. She was a breath of fresh air. ”

”Our room was clean and bed was SO COMFY! This is a beautiful hotel with easy access to the highway, restaurants' and shopping close by too.
However, I wish there were "adults only" hours for pool and hot tub. At 10:30 on a Saturday night the pool was still full of loud kids, teens and outdoors at the hot tub people were smoking and kids there too. Not very relaxing.

”First of all Felix at the front desk was absolutely the best. He was very helpful, very attentive, and made sure every time he saw me that everything was great. I was here on business and stayed for two weeks. Room was very roomy, comfortable and clean. AC was loud but the room was cool. Breakfast wasn't the normal hotel breakfast like most hotels.
