”This property is located is walking distance to the train station, shopping and restaurants. There was no air-conditioning in any of the rooms. However, the weather was splendid, so it was actually not needed. The staff was incredibly kind and generous. There’s also a laundromat right across the street. A little pricey, but after.”

”Situated just above the central plaza, this small hotel is very nice and the staff accommodating and friendly. There might be too many steps up for some guests, but the view at Huayna Picchu from the windows and the breakfast terrace is rewarding. Warmly recommended. ”

Even though we had already checked out, we went back to the Inkaterra front desk in the afternoon to ask for help. The two ladies and one gentleman who received us were absolutely wonderful — warm, attentive, and very efficient. They quickly arranged access to the spa so we could take a hot shower, and the front desk kindly helped dry our coats and shoes. Thanks to their thoughtful...
