”By far, best place to stay in Sri Lanka! You have your little bungalow in a picturesque area surrounded by rice paddies, gardens, wild life. The pool is amazing, the food outstanding. The hotel staff is absolutely incredible. A special shout out to Kingsley, Madu and Salini and all staff. They welcome you like a family member. ”

”Simple but cozy and clean place run by an extremely friendly family. Hotel has their own safari truck that can be rented out with a driver for a very reasonable price.”

”There was a mixup with our reservation. Owner had organized us to stay in his brothers place, which was good. Even though our relocation he took care of us; organized safari with good driver/guide, gave us several lifts to the village center, as well as restaurant recommendations. He also got us comfotable car to get into Unawatuna. Even though I can't say anything about rooms or food in this hotel, I would book again just because of service was great and everything was taken care of regarding...

”Beautiful room and location - this guesthouse only features 1 bedroom (a minute walk away from the host's house) and is quite isolated. Perfect to spend time in silence, reading or meditating. There are a few guesthouses a couple of minutes walk and it is literally 5 minute walk from one of the entrances to the national park. The host is wonderful and is a guide himself, - his wife cooks great meals (recommended the vibe rice option).”
