Puumajat – Udawalawa

”Fint opphold på dette hotellet”

”Positive Review Had a wonderful stay at Hantara Udawalawe. The place was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with excellent facilities. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to provide great support. The peaceful surroundings and overall hospitality made our stay very enjoyable. Highly recommended for a relaxing family getaway!”

”We can’t say enough good things about the staff - the hospitality was amazing! They went over and above to look after us! We did not realize you could book a safari drive with them but based on the level of service I wished I had booked with them. Thank you for a wonderful stay!”

”A peaceful nature retreat with incredible fresh food. Our stay at Kalu’s Hideaway was a wonderful experience from start to finish. We loved the wholesome farm-to-table dining—tasting fresh red dragon fruit straight from the garden, sweet pineapples, mangos, and delicious Sri Lankan vegetables. ”Great place to stay. Extremely helpful staff. Facilities were surprisingly good. Handy location to elephant transit and national park. Nice pool. Highly recommend.”

”There was a mixup with our reservation. Owner had organized us to stay in his brothers place, which was good. Even though our relocation he took care of us; organized safari with good driver/guide, gave us several lifts to the village center, as well as restaurant recommendations. He also got us comfotable car to get into Unawatuna. Even though I can't say anything about rooms or food in this hotel, I would book again just because of service was great and everything was taken care of regarding...

”Not the cleanest, lots of cockroaches”

”The location of the hotel couldn’t have been better! The room looked onto the pool and was beautiful. The rain couldn’t be helped but it was quite loud against the roof of the room. The Sri Lankan breakfast after my safari was lovely and I also had dinner the night before, however I would say there wasn’t very clear communication of timings or where to go once I checked in but for dinner the guy from the hotel on WhatsApp answered all of my questions.”

”Hyvä palvelu ja upea sijainti!”

”Fremragende sted, en lille perle i høj klasse og fantastisk personale.”

”Very nice hotel and very warm and friendly staff. We went to safari and everything worked very well. This hotel has the best cook and the best food in Sri Lanka! Especially the rice and vegetable curry were delicious! We really enjoyed!”
