Elegant apartment that can accommodate up to 5 people, located on the 5th floor (with elevator) of a building in the heart of Udine, a 12-minute walk from the Castle, and 10 minutes from Via Mercatovecchio and Piazza della Libertà.

The apartment features two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a balcony.

The apartment, equipped with unlimited Wi-Fi, is the ideal base for exploring beautiful Udine on foot.



The 110-square-meter apartment is located on the fifth floor of a building with an elevator, but you’ll need to climb a few steps to reach it.



Please note: You’ll need to step up one step to enter the shower.



The interior is laid out as follows:



- KITCHEN with dining area, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, and kitchen utensils;

- LIVING ROOM with a sofa bed (for one person), a sleeper chair, a table with chairs, and a TV;

- BEDROOM with a double bed, a closet, and a desk;

- BEDROOM 2 with a single bed, a closet, and a desk;

- BATHROOM with toilet, bidet, shower stall, and washing machine;

- BALCONY.



Additional amenities available to guests: unlimited Wi-Fi, central heating, clothes drying rack, iron and ironing board, hair dryer.



Towels and bed linens are included (with optional changes available for a fee).



The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests.



All guests must present valid identification upon arrival, as required by Italian law.
