”The resort is absolutely gorgeous ! The staff were truly 5 stars. Harriet was especially delightful She made our lunch extra special with great recommendations. We really enjoyed her cheerful personality and found her to be very professional. Elliot at the Bar was fantastic and Jordan the night porter was super helpful. The Spa was relaxing, peaceful and stunning!

”Clean rooms with everything you would expect in most hotels. Complimentary water in the room was welcomed especially as we stayed when temperatures were higher. Only upgrade that would be helpful is air-conditioning although we were lucky we had a cross draught with the window and balcony doors which helped hugely.
All requests of staff even when it came to children's food requests (difficult eaters) were fulfilled. No requests were too big. The afternoon tea was lovely and definitely...

”Amazing! Me and my fiancée Steph came to stay for one night after having done our food tasting at the Talbooth Restaurant for our wedding.
Amazing food, staff were really welcoming and friendly. Breakfast to the room in the morning was a nice touch and having the ability to be driven from place to place with their car was very helpful.
The spa was lovely and all round we had a great stay and experience. Would stay again and again!!”

”It’s quite far out of the city centre. First day the pool was out of order but then was working. All a bit dated but stay was on the whole good value for money. Breakfast was nice.”
