Appartamento Claudio is a two-bedroom holiday home by the beach of Lido Marini, on the coast of Ugento. The holiday home is on the ground floor, equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, tv, satellite dish and decoder.
The entirely fenced holiday home accommodates up to 5 guests. Small pets are allowed with supplement.

holiday home Appartamento Claudio is in the lively Lido Marini, seaside
location near Ugento, on the Ionian coast. The seafront promenade with
its beautiful beaches is 250 meters away from the house.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
ì- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioner in the hallway.
