Villetta Daniele is a lovely small villa with garden a few meters from the beautiful beaches of Torre San Giovanni, on the Ugento coast.
The cottage is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, electric oven, barbecue and outdoor shower. Parking inside the property.

Villetta Daniele is located in Torre San Giovanni, a seaside resort on the Ugento coast, about 400 meters from Fontanelle beach.
There are supermarkets, trattorias and equipped lidos in the immediate vicinity.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- On the ground floor is present a service bathroom with toilet and sink.
