”After coming from a similar accommodation in Busan, this one was a downgrade for basically the same price: the room was way smaller and the equipment provided was basic: there were no glasses at all, one large plate and two small ones only, no daily towel service. It is still a clean, modern room and a great location where you have plenty of local food options nearby.
One important item to consider: Guri is just outside Seoul city limits and you pay extra getting here by public transit. The...

We definitely look forward to staying here again should our travels take us back to that area. Lots of food and other amenities nearby within short walking distance.”

”All together we have stayed here several months over the years and it feels like a second home to us. The staff is always so nice and rooms are very spacious. If you know what room to ask for, you also have amazing unobstructed view over the near by park areas from your bedroom. Even the bathtub is next to a scenic window that lets you enjoy the open city scenery while still offering a sense of privacy.”

”Of course! Here’s a polished version:
My stay at the hotel was exactly as advertised. The room and the entire building were exceptionally clean. I had excellent communication with the management via WhatsApp; every day, they checked in to see if anything needed attention. They took care of daily laundry, fresh sheets, and towels. We even needed an outlet adapter, and they provided one free of charge. They also brought our luggage down from the second floor, which was a big help. Everything was...

”The place is very comfortable, beautiful, modern, practical, and very well equipped. It was perfect for two people.
The service was excellent, with very clear communication and great support whenever we needed it.
The location is perfect, very close to the subway station, with plenty of convenience stores and cafés nearby, as well as a shopping mall. The area itself is very quiet and pleasant.
We had a wonderful stay, and if I ever have the chance to come back, I would definitely stay here again...

Our stay in the Executive tower of Hotel Lotte Seoul was absolutely enjoyable. The room was perfect, the staff members were always friendly and the location was great. On top of it all, we had so many enjoyable visits in the La Cime lounge and at the gym/pool/sauna fasicilities. Thank you!
