”Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work and it was very hot and humid. It was difficult to sleep even with the windows open. The WIFI was also unstable which made calls for my work a bit difficult at times. I would be in the middle of explaining something in a meeting and the WIFI would drop out. Huoneisto oli siisti ja täysin kalustettu myös ruuanlaittoa ajatellen, tästä plussaa! Miinuksena voisin mainita rappukäytävän siisteyden ( erittäin yleistä entitisissä Neuvostomaissa) lisäksi erittäin tylsän leipäveitsen ja huonosti toimivan kuvaputkitelevision. Ehdottomasti jäi kuitenkin positiiviset mielikuvat!”

”This is a nice, clean, comfortable hotel in a quiet area, yet only 5 minutes walk away from the centrum where you can find many cofes, restaurants and shops. Reception personnel speak English and they are kind, friendly and helpful. Tanya is an amazing young lady who makes you feel at home, away from home. ”

”It was a nice hotel. A little noisy at times as renovation work was done. Staff could not speak English. Staff could not wake me or call a cab for me. You are on your own. Hotel room was clean and had a microwave. Bed was comfortable. You had to go around the back of the building to get to the hotel entrance. ”

”The staff didnt open the door, was propably sleeping, water pressure was poor, and first just cold water. When complained about this, the answer was that just think it's ok to use cold. There was no instructions for using the safe, staff didnt know how to use, neither Did the manager. Then they gave all keys for all safes in the place. Same money can get a decent hotel from the area, dont go here.”
