My experience. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. roms are ok need some fixing up rum cleaning works well. Location is a bit far away from the main tourist attractions. But the bus is going right outside the hotel so now problems. No buffe breakfast. 3 things to choose from A or B C . And only 1 option. You can not take 2 at the same time why can't i take b and c option or a c . c was cornflakes milk and yogurt and toast and now fresh Fruits . and way do you not have the orange juice in a can where you can take it yourself . Now safty. On your sits red safety box no safety box in the hotel lobby Now safety rom for leaving luggages it's in the lobby rum. and the ster wey is in the back side of the hotel and door is open any on can come in.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the pool area and the rooms met our requirements. The location was good.

I should have read reviews before staying here . I am American & they treat us poorly . I did get a massage while I was here & thought masseuse did a great job . I also stayed at other hotels in Tirana & wasn’t treat poorly . Checkout is at 12 & at 1201 the housekeeper is coming to see if you vacated the room. I would think twice about staying here & I would NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN
