At Casa Azul, holidays are defined by sunshine, salt air and time well spent together. Set in beautiful Burrill Lake, this modern coastal retreat invites you to slow down and settle into an easy South Coast rhythm.

Light-filled interiors, high ceilings and ducted air conditioning create a fresh, airy atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area forms the heart of the home, flowing seamlessly to the covered outdoor entertaining space. The full kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with modern appliances, making shared meals effortless, whether it is a relaxed breakfast before the beach or a long evening barbecue.

Two separate living areas provide space for everyone to unwind, while Wi-Fi and Smart televisions add comfort for longer stays. The home accommodates eight guests across four bedrooms, including a main bedroom with Queen bed and private ensuite, a second Queen bedroom, and two additional bedrooms each with twin single beds. The main bathroom features a bath, perfect after sun-soaked days by the water.

Outdoors is where Casa Azul truly shines. The fully fenced yard offers privacy and peace of mind, while the solar-heated pool and spa promise long afternoons of swimming and slow evenings under the stars. Off-street parking for two vehicles and a fully equipped laundry ensure every stay is practical as well as relaxing. Please note the garage is not available for guest use.

Moments away, the calm waters of Burrill Lake, the surf at Dolphin Point Beach and the golden stretch of Burrill Beach await. Popular cafés, bakeries and parks are a short drive away, completing the perfect coastal escape.

- Please do not book if you are a hens, bucks, school leavers group or a party of any kind. These types of bookings will be cancelled.
- This property is not pet-friendly.
- Linen and towels are included, but please be sure to pack your own beach and pool towels.
- The pool is solar-heated.
- No Garage access.
- This property has external security cameras positioned to monitor the front driveway, front side gate and entryway. These cameras are equipped with audio capabilities.
