Pleasantly surprised.
"Very central location. Basic decor, but clean and tidy. A good selection in mini bar. Good menu in restaurant. Great breakfast included. The only thing missing is a lift for handicapped people. It meant my husband couldn't get to the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. We had to go elsewhere."

"A lovely property with a spacious room, comfy bed and a big bathroom. Its right across the street from Ballerat train stn and it was easy to walk everywhere. The restaurant attached to the hotel, is called Lola and was wonderful. Great atmosphere, delicious food and customer service team were ..."
