”This place was ok for our one night stay before catching a ferry to Isla Mujeres, but would not have wanted to stay much longer. The room wasn’t in very good condition and it was a bit dirty, stains on sheets and curtains, ac leaked and shower was a bit shady. However the service was very kind and it was nice to get a small breakfast with the ocean view!”

”Wow, very impressed with staff! 5 Star service. Breakfast was.top self! My wife and I really enjoyed it! The views were amazing Restaurant food was also very good The whole experience was great. I would highly recommend it to everyone!”

”It is a lovely hotel with great staff and excellent location near the ADO bus station. A green oasis in the middle of the town. Nice Mexican breakfast made to order and served on table with good coffee and even lactose free milk. Really nice and personal stay.”

”Very good upkeep in cleanliness loved that, very active in activities and social life at the hotel. Overall had a great stay, enjoyed the food, and amenities. Also loved that you get access the connected hotel pools near by, everything was super accessible and staff was very friendly and helpful ”

”We stayed at Terracaribe for 14 days and enjoyed every day! Hotel was cozy and very clean. Even it was raining and windy, pool and jacuzzi were secured from the heavyest wind so we were able to be outside even though the weather was bad. Staff was great and helpful. I have nothing bad to say about this Hotel!
For Cancun travellers, pic a Hotel from down town and you will learn so much more from Mexico. This Hotel is great for that!!”

”Very nice location, very clean, everyone friendly, in my opinion the rooms are really pretty, my only complain is that there are mosquitoes so bring repellent, but definitely would go back, around the area tons of food places, coffee shops, supermarket like 10 mins walking, and the artisans market very close too, loved it.”

”Very nice, extremely clean hotel. Only fridge was missing from the room. Nice breakfast and garden. Assessment is based on the experience of the second room that we had during our 4 night stay. The first night we spent in a very noisy room without a wifi even though we had asked for a quiet room when booking the room months before. We asked for the change of the room after having a look at the room. The bold, young guy at the reception did not want to make the change. Luckyly the young lady...

”Staying at Ixum for the night was a treat! Lorea and all the staff were kind, present, eager to make this experience an unforgettable one! The food (and the dirty horchata) was incredible. I had to walk to take the bus, but my GPS was out of control and brought me back to the hotel after 25 minutes walk under the sun. They drove me to the bus station. Will definitely go back asap!”

”Hotel Bobampak is a great hotel. The staff are friendly and the property is well maintained. It is well located and priced right. It has easy access to restaurants. The pool is very nice. I have been there several times. The only criticism that I have is that the rooms do not have a refrigerator. Otherwise, this is a nice place.”

”My new favorite spot to sleep in Cancun 👍👍 bed's room's washrooms are huge high ceiling large under bed locker's for storage bring a lock , all clean located across from the bus station where the bus from the airport stop's, no complain 😎 I'll be back !”
