”The room was very clean ”

”This place was ok for our one night stay before catching a ferry to Isla Mujeres, but would not have wanted to stay much longer. The room wasn’t in very good condition and it was a bit dirty, stains on sheets and curtains, ac leaked and shower was a bit shady. However the service was very kind and it was nice to get a small breakfast with the ocean view!”

”It is a lovely hotel with great staff and excellent location near the ADO bus station. A green oasis in the middle of the town. Nice Mexican breakfast made to order and served on table with good coffee and even lactose free milk. Really nice and personal stay.”

”We stayed at Terracaribe for 14 days and enjoyed every day! Hotel was cozy and very clean. Even it was raining and windy, pool and jacuzzi were secured from the heavyest wind so we were able to be outside even though the weather was bad. Staff was great and helpful. I have nothing bad to say about this Hotel! For Cancun travellers, pic a Hotel from down town and you will learn so much more from Mexico. This Hotel is great for that!!”

The first night we spent in a very noisy room without a wifi even though we had asked for a quiet room when booking the room months before. ”rooms are pretty nice and clean, you can not turn on dry mode on the a/c, there is centrai air even with ac turned off which is good because no mosquito screen on the windows. Nothing will dry in the room which kind of sucks because you will pack a wet swimsuit unless you dry them at the roof terrace in the morning, this also means everything is moist always, also they have a habit of completely turning off air in the rooms when they are vacant, i had to have mine turned on by the staff. Also...
