”This place was ok for our one night stay before catching a ferry to Isla Mujeres, but would not have wanted to stay much longer. The room wasn’t in very good condition and it was a bit dirty, stains on sheets and curtains, ac leaked and shower was a bit shady. However the service was very kind and it was nice to get a small breakfast with the ocean view!”

The first night we spent in a very noisy room without a wifi even though we had asked for a quiet room when booking the room months before. ”rooms are pretty nice and clean, you can not turn on dry mode on the a/c, there is centrai air even with ac turned off which is good because no mosquito screen on the windows. Nothing will dry in the room which kind of sucks because you will pack a wet swimsuit unless you dry them at the roof terrace in the morning, this also means everything is moist always, also they have a habit of completely turning off air in the rooms when they are vacant, i had to have mine turned on by the staff. ”I am very discouraged use this service, I had tried many times and you or the airlines give you a price but finally , the end is you end that buying higher price trip for what you was told as a hook that has no ending prices .
