”My family and I had a lovely stay at the Ala Moana Hotel. It is conveniently located near Waikiki - just shy outside of the Kalakaua hustle and bustle - as well as connected to Ala Moana and its amenities. The facility was well maintained and the staff were so helpful with all our questions. We paid for self parking and were lucky all 5 nights that we were able to find parking, even when we came back pretty late (after 10 pm). We will definitely stay here again!”

”Good beds and pillows. Spacious rooms. Steam iron. Good service. Tasty dishes.”

”Hyvä sijainti ja ystävällinen henkilökunta.Äänet kadulta kuuluvat huoneeseen.”

”Rooms were EXTREMELY noisy. The air-to-air heat pump in the window was unbelievably noisy. Also the noise from the street was really loud, you could almost hear people speaking on the street though our room was on the 18th floor…and there was also street work going on (drilling!) all night long. But the staff was very friendly, breakfast was quite nice and free coffee was great! Easy access to the beach and clean rooms.”

”It is a pleasure to share our experience at Stay Hotel Waikiki. What impressed us most was the outstanding customer service. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Within five minutes, he called our room to check whether we had received them. When I said no, he contacted housekeeping again, and just four minutes later, the hangers arrived!...

”Internet oli surkea erityisesti iltaisin. Aamiainen oli hyvä samoin huone. Ilmastointikone oli kova ääninen kuten liikenteen meteli.”

”Clean room, excellent view, close to beach and shopping. Friendly staff. Highly recommend!”

”Fabulous room, great location! Selection of restaurants, shops and the Luau were fantastic!”

”Awesome”

”We enjoyed the convenient location to the beach and the beautiful property. I usually don’t like rooms without an ocean view but our room was so relaxing and the view from the balcony was actually calming and peaceful. This will be my go-to resort when in Waikiki from now on.”

”Convenient location”

”First thing I did was ask for a locker and an employee kindly took me to the lockers except they were all bent and none of them locked properly. The capsules smelled funky, like damp if not moldy, and the bed sheets were made of some weird material. Showers were a little unclean too and the shower curtains definitely needed changing. Other than that it was okay, and the location was excellent, as its in the middle of everything. The view from the common area was kinda nice too since its on the...
