”Beside the leaking ceiling, the room was nice. I was upgraded and also the staffs were extremely kind and thoughtful. Gave me a welcome gift while during the stay and it was nice to see child hood snacks at the front. Decoration and the atmosphere were very nice. Over all lived my stay and would come back 20/10.”

”Wonderful, great location. Private cold and hot baths!”

”Quiet and spacious”

”Erittäin siisti huone, hyvä aamupala ja upea kylpylä.”

”チェックインの時間が少し遅かったのもありますが、浴衣が選べなかったのが少し残念でした”

”Love this place, very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is also very good since its close to kyoto station which was a 15 minute walk. Thank you! I highly recommend this place”

”The shower was large and spacious! The stone bath was amazing too! I loved all the amenities and the fine details. Definitely worth the price”

”The staff was over the top kind and thoughtful. The hotel is elegant and luxurious. The cute ladies who came and did our bedtime Japanese massage were precious and I can still remember their laughter at my husband sleeping through his. One huge positive is you never have to drag your luggage out of the terminal. You walk right into the hotel entrance after debairding your shinkansen. We would recommend this hotel to anyone!”

”This hotel had great location next to Kyoto station, breakfast was really good and the spa was nice extra. Our first hotel room had big air ventilation machines next to it in other building and we could hear noises from those machines. After the room change noise amount was reduced to good level. We were overall very happy with this hotel. It was easy to move in Kyoto from this location and breakfast was really good. Overall rating 4/5”

”Erinomainen sijainti (kävelyetäisyydellä päärautatieasemasta, hyvät bussi/junayhteydet tärkeimpiin nähtävyyksiin), siisti yhteiskeittiö, pesutupa (kolikkokoneet). Mukavat, japanilaisittain isot sängyt, hyvä tyyny. Vahva suositus!”

”Aamiainen monipuolinen, sijainti erinomainen, suosittelen”

”Very close to the To-Ji station, you could hear trains passing ( not so loud though). Walking distance from the To-Ji temple and Aeon Mall. Otherwise there was not much to see around the area. You need train, bus or Uber to move around. The breakfast was not quite as expected, typical Asian I guess, soup, noodles etc. As in everywhere in Japan, there was almost no bread available. But the staff were very friendly and polite.”

”Upea, pienehkö ja viihtyisä hotelli. Erittäin rauhallinen loistavalla sijainnilla. Hotellin minimalistisen japanilainen tyyli hiveli silmää ja hotellin onsen oli mieletön kokemus päivien päätteeksi! Yöpyisin ehdottomasti uudellen!!”

”Couldn't ask for any better. Very helpful staff and an excellent hotel well located in the heart of Kyoto.”
