”We loved the atmosphere of the historic home and getting to know our hosts who were tremendous when we asked them for providing recommendations on places we might visit in the area. This was one of the best places that we stayed at during our vacation.”

”The room was dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly before my arrival. I stayed in a King Suite with a kitchen, but both the dishwasher and garbage disposal were not working. No one informed me about these issues during check-in—I only discovered them after entering the room. Considering the condition of the room and the non-functioning amenities, it was definitely not worth the price.”

”We had the experience from hell. No ice - forgivable. No quarters for the coin laundry - not convenient but OK. But the worst was the room we had - there was a drip in the shower from the faucet, the bathroom pocket door could not be closed or opened as it was off track, the toilet had to be shimmied to keep from running and then the chain on it broke and it was unusable so we had to use the pool bathroom, the key cards worked only sporadically, the front desk gave us 3 remotes to get the TV...

”This hotel is a little bit older, but the staff is amazing. They have a complete breakfast in the morning. Other hotels in this price range in Roseburg, only have coffee and cold items.”

”The property was close to town. The staff was attentive and offered to carry luggage up stairs (not too many). The breakfast was fresh and good. The room was clean and bed comfortable.”

”This is a beautiful historic property, lovingly maintained to the last detail. The view from our room was stunning. Having breakfast on the front porch was a surreal experience. The hostess was welcoming and friendly. She genuinely cares about each guest. Our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer. Will definitely be coming back!”

”The staff was great, thank you so much. Only two complaints, they need to put more towels in the room and the beds were so uncomfortable, hard and not sleepable. We stayed there for three nights and didn't get much sleep. But thank you so much for the great staff”
