”Very nice inside, clean, everything worked, chairs and beds were comfortable. Very nice stay.The backyard where we parked is a bit rough looking, and we're glad it didn't rain as walking from the car to the house is over rather thin grass/dirt. I pulled the car around to the front the night we got dressed up and went out. ”

”One night stay in Frederick on our way back north. The place was just far enough off the main restaurant and bar areas but close enough to walk everywhere. Bedrooms were both well appointed as was the rest of the house. We loved the location and had hoped to use the hot tub but got back too late to make it work. Next time. Thanks for everything Laura.”

”The home and property is as described. It looks brand new and is comfortably furnished. The wifi worked well. It was on a quiet street in walking distance of shops and restaurants. The host was very understanding when we lost the key; she got us a new one right away. I would highly recommend this cute, quiet spot!”

Takes forever and never got really hot.4. Make the furnace is more readly available.Besides those few thing that need to be taken care of. It is totally livable.
