Oak Dunes - Walk to the beach from this Cozy home

Oak Dunes is a warm and spacious 3 bed/2.5 bath open concept home. It features a wooded double lot only a few blocks from Berrien St Beach (approx 5 min walk). First floor features an open living, dining, kitchen area with a new 65” TV and plenty of seating for family fun. The large kitchen has anything you may need to cook or entertain including all stainless steel appliances and wine fridge. The star of the house - a beautiful wrap around screened in porch complete with fans for the most comfortable summer nights! Also enjoy the newly built fire pit area for s’mores and evenings around the fire.

The spacious master bedroom features a king size bed. Relax in the en suite master bathroom with whirlpool soaking tub, heat lamps, and separate shower. Rounding out the first floor is the laundry room and powder room.

Walk up the stairs to the bright and airy den with a couch, another TV, and a selection of board games, cards, and puzzles to enjoy. Down the hall is a large bathroom with dual sinks, tub/shower, and skylights. Two guest bedrooms each with a queen bed and twin w/trundle (sleeps 4 guests/room). All new bath and bed linens to provide the most comfortable stay.

Office desk, chair, and monitor provided in one of the guest bedrooms for anyone who wants to work from Oak Dunes. Xfinity cable, High Speed Wi-Fi, nest thermostat, and portable bluetooth speaker are all available for all your technology needs. Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, sand toys, and wagon also provided for your convenience. Gas grill on deck.

Oak Dunes is in an A+ location near the beach, around the corner from Whistle Stop Grocery and Red Arrow Roadhouse, and walking distance to the Union Pier shops and restaurants on Townline Rd (.5 mile). Quick drive to downtown New Buffalo, Three Oaks, Warren Dunes, Wineries and all the other fun activities Harbor Country has to offer. Also, less than 40 miles from Notre Dame campus.

Absolutely NO pets allowed.
