The room was absolutely disgusting there was hair in the bath tub all kinds of trash behind and under the beds , the sheets was visibly nasty

Our room was clean, the hotel staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfasts were good, plenty of food and things were stocked and clean. I couldn't access the pool with my key card. The workout room was adequate, not super clean and the TV wouldn't come on.
