”Its like having a small cottage village with a nice courtyard in the middle of the city. You're within walking distance of everything downtown, the rooms are cozy, good amenities and a peaceful place to relax. Check in and checkout was a breeze. Would highly recommend.”

”Nice spot in Tucson. Parking wasn’t a problem as I had been led to worry about from other reviews. Very noisy on Saturday night. Hot water issues that were eventually resolved. Management was responsive.”

”Amy catered to our every need. Even cleared our breakfast dishes. Also helped with dining recommendations. Continental breakfast was enough to eat and presented well. However got a little boring after 3 days so Amy stopped and got us donuts. Rooms were clean and the Nicole was spacious. The outdoor oasis with pool and hot tub was heaven. ”

”The staff was great. Great location. But I was itching really bad on my first night because I have sensitive skin, so I put a pretzel down in the other side of the bed that I slept in just to see if they clean their sheets. I checked it the next day I came back and the pretzel was still there. So I slept in the other bed. The next day I asked room service to change the sheets while I was there. The pool was also a brownish. Other than that it wasn’t bad for the price.”

”We enjoyed our visit, the breakfast was delicious. Waffles, egg omelette, potatoes with bell peppers, breakfast sandwiches and so much more. The room was clean, well stocked and roomy for 4 adults and one teen. I would have liked the pool to be opened at least an hour later, closes at 9 pm. The pool was perfect to relax, great for the small kids not for swimming. The wind was cold, warmed up next to a fire pit. Take advantage of the parking garage, great price - even though street parking is...

”Clean room and shower. Friendly staff who validated my parking. At first I was confused getting to the property parking lot because it says on Expedia and the Marriott app free parking but you have to pay. Told the staff I had to show it says free parking and then it got validated. Another person had the same issue and they were not required to show the free parking. I think that was weird because why are we being charged to park our cars if we are you’re paying guests. That’s all ”

”Staff was very helpful and courteous. Room was clean. I was able to park in front of our room. Bumsted’s is next door and has excellent food. The pool and hot tub were clean and nice.”

”The customer service was really good, but I would really recomend that they have security around the premises. There's a lot of crackheads, and shady people around the area. The smell of marihuana was really strong around the area. The rooms need to upgrade the AC, because sometimes the small AC doesn't cool the whole room.”

”First of all, I just wanted to mention that the place was very unclean. There was bugs on the bed next to me and stains on the sheets. We were so tired because we drove up there to pick up our daughter from college and didn’t have the energy to complain. I would love to have my money back if possible since we were only there for a few hours.”
