”Hot tub and pool were nice. Out TV sound was broken, but staff brought a new TV for us and responded right away. Jackie was friendly and helpful. Don't order through Expedia though, it's way more expensive than going through the hotel directly!!”

We booked a “superior room” which means nothing like the photos. We were told it’s just a standard queen with a water view balcony. ”Worst stay ever. The room had a strong unpleasant odor, and the heater was not working properly. Despite the cold weather, the room never got warm enough, making the stay very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the shower curtain and curtain rod were already broken when we arrived, which showed a lack of maintenance and attention to basic room upkeep. Overall, the hotel did not meet even basic expectations for comfort and cleanliness. I would not stay here again.”

”The room was spacious and had a nice view of the lake. I couldn't get a good night's sleep because it was so loud. Not that there were loud people, but because the building is so old and poorly insulated that you can hear everything happening in other rooms like it's in your room.”

We stayed at the budget inn and they make it very clear through the booking and on the lobby door of the budget inn that you checkin/out at the Thunderbird Inn next door. ”When i checked in, Receptionist Lady was rude when i complain about maintenance issue. There was another room available next to my but she did not change because of ego. we were 4 family member in room and there is no fan on washroom. it get smell whole room without fan in washroom. Instead of giving solution or better open she were rude on me. there are so many other hotels there and i would prefer to select other hotel where staff (only that Lady) was rude and maintenance issue.”
