”Everything was perfect”

”Large, comfortable room and a wide variety of options at breakfast (omelets, sausages, pancakes, yoghurt, fruit, etc). The room has a nice shower with good water pressure, though it took me a while to understand how to turn it on. The main room was a bit dim since there was no ceiling lights, and I closed the curtains as my room was right across the parking lot.”

”Historical old and well renovated house. Most friendly and kind wellcoming personel. Atmosphere...you can simply not find any better than this unless you need a night club in the ground floor.”

”Immediately after checking in, we went to the room. I don’t know how else to describe the room other than it was filthy, disgusting and smelled. The tub was so heavily stained brown with a filthy shower curtain and the soap tray was a disgusting mess. The headboard above one of the beds was so so dirty, stained and had initials carved into it. The smell of the room…..disgusting. The walls are paper thin in we could hear the guy in the next room yelling and screaming at a sports game. That was...

”This place looked like it was going to be amazing in the pictures. Reality it felt like a refurbished hotel. It was ok for one night. Wouldn’t stay more than that. The AC worked. We had clean towels and sheets, the continental breakfast was hot and plentiful. Good selection of items. Nothing fancy.”

”The inn was delightful, the breakfast, delicious, and the staff very friendly and accommodating. The steps to the 3rd floor were a bit challenging for an 85 yr-old, but were carpeted and had a good banister. The 2 rooms I rented were small but lovely, with everything you could want available, except only one of the rooms had a comfortable lounging/reading chair. I would be happy to stay again....maybe choosing to be on a lower floor.”

”I have stayed at this hotel 3 times now because how much I like it. They just changed the thermostat in the room and I couldn’t figure out how to adjust it. Otherwise very comfortable and clean.”

”My room was FILTHY. Toothpaste on the mirror from previous guest. Nose hair or beared hair all over the sink in the bathroom. Sticky stuff on the TV area and just awful; I had to go to the store to buy cleaning products to clean the room before staying there. The only thing good was the woman in the breakfast area doing the food. The food was not good but she was lovely and accommodating. For this type of chain clean it up. WON'T stay again.”

”If you're looking to be pampered, you can go somewhere else and pay a bunch more money. If you're looking for a comfortable room at a reasonable rate, then this is the place for you. It is undergoing some renovations, so it's appearance is less than ideal. But the staff are very nice, and my room was a decent size and was quite comfortable. They have room coffee available and well as a 24-hour coffee machine in the lobby. I will most likely stay here again in the future.”

”Room was dirty upon arrival (urine in the toilet). Staff did switch is to another room but still pretty gross and makes me question the cleanliness of the rooms. Beds were advertised as queen but were only doubled. When brought to the staff’s attention, we were told that all beds are that size. So they are falsely offering larger beds. Asked for additional pillows and were told that housekeeping leaves at 5, so nothing was available from housekeeping. Room was never cleaned while we were...
