”Always a great place to stay in the U District. Friendly staff, clean rooms, welcome beverage, safe parking ... always top of our list when needing to stay in the area!”
”College Inn Hotel is exactly what it claims to be. There were no surprises for us. The room was nice, the beds were comfortable, and the fresh air with open windows at night was perfect. We never encountered anyone in the bathroom and enjoyed having our own sink, towels, and blow dryer in bedroom. The location was perfect for our needs. Thank you!”
”We have stayed at a couple of the owner’s properties in Seattle and this was our favorite. Great quiet, walkable neighborhood with ample parking. Close to amenities within city. Beds are very comfortable - You could sleep for days. ”

It seemed intrusive at first but it made everything super convenient when i arrived. The parking was the only down side but even that really wasnt to bad. I will definitely stay here again. ”Decent place in Fremont, far from city center but ok if you're travelling with a car and can't stay downtown. The room was very big and clean, although a bit dated and stuffy. We had a nice view of the Seattle city center from our room. A few buses go to downtown from here and there is also a nice restaurant area within walking distance.”
”Was a little concerned to stay here because I saw some bad reviews but I stayed at this property for 5 nights and as a young solo female traveler I felt completely safe here and would love to stay here again when I come back to Seattle! It’s a cute little property with everything I needed, the other guests were quiet and respectful as well. It’s in a great location with many restaurants and bars nearby and even a grocery store which was very convenient. Host was extremely communicative and let...
”A nice suite with condiments in the kitchen. Makes me feel like coming home after a day out. Good coffee supplied and a nice sharp cutting knife ready to make dinner. Other little things around that make it feel like a home. In winter take warm cushy socks as the door opens to the living room and makes it cool on the floor. Not able to control heat, but it was at a temperature I liked -maybe not for others? I will look for this place again when needed”
”Even though the suite is small, it’s clean and serves its purpose! Each suite seems to have its own private bathroom, though they aren’t attached to the suite so you have to enter a common hall to use the bathroom. Each one has a code though and feels secure and is well stocked with towels and paper products. Bed was comfy, building was quiet! Check in was super easy and street parking wasn’t too hard to find!”
