”Cloy's property was the perfect place for us to stay during our first trip to Maui. Its a small studio in an old building right next to South Maui Gardens. The place was clean and everything was in working order. The unit contains a portable A/C which was perfectly adequate even in the middle of summer. ”Spent four lovely nights in this unit and it really couldn't have been better. The view!!! -- from every room is spectacular. The kitchen was great. Everything clean and well maintained. Bathrooms modern and clean. Gated community and very quiet. Walk to the beach was easy and great location, between the Ritz and Montage. Look forward to a return visit. ”

”As the pictures shown by the owner is what you get. The condo is setup perfectly for either 2/3 people. Spend lots of time out on the balcony, favourite thing to do is watch for whales or paddle boarders floating by. The owner is wonderful to deal with. Did visit Dollies twice, love their pizza, and did check out next door Captain Jacks which was very nice too. Pork quesadillas were delicious. ”

Super easy check in, walk out of unit and 1 minute walk to beach, a couple minutes to walk to Whaler’s Village, and around 5 minutes to walk to Black Rock. Plenty of restaurants within walking, but we explored all over the island. Condo has three beach chairs in closet, but lightweight beach chairs are available to grab and take right by beach.
