”check in was at 4:00 didn’t get checked into our hotel until 6pm. Room had ceiling damage to it which I notified the property at the time and they tried charging me for the damages.”

”Very unhappy with our stay... could not find an ice machine on our floor so I tried calling front desk but the phone system did not work in our room and not in the hall phone either. Went down to front desk and was told to let myself in to the tea room which had no lights and find the freezer with ice in the dark. Halls had lights missing by the north elevators on the main floor. Furniture in bedroom was filthy... curtains needed engineering to fix minor issue but no engineering staff on...
