Vanha hienosti ylläpidetty hotelli aivan rautatieaseman vieressä. Loistava sijainti ihan keskustassa. Hyvä ja ystävällinen palvelu.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. From the moment I entered the room, my first impression was so poor that I genuinely felt like leaving immediately. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable. The room felt dirty and poorly maintained, and the bathroom had a strong musty, mouldy smell. It was obvious that any refurbishment had been purely cosmetic, with fresh paint simply covering over old stains and deterioration rather than addressing the underlying problems. There were visible water stains on the ceiling, which further suggested a lack of proper maintenance. The condition of the hotel's communal areas was no better. The corridor carpets were heavily worn, looked unclean, and had a persistent damp, musty odour, creating a very unpleasant atmosphere throughout the building. As for the staff, I cannot fairly comment on their friendliness or service because I hardly saw any staff members during my stay. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have had. The property is in urgent need of thorough cleaning, proper maintenance, and refurbishment rather than superficial cosmetic improvements. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is an absolutely brilliant place to stay- location is fabulous as only 5 mins walk into city centre! The home itself is very clean with amazing extras like a complimentary food hamper filled with high quality Scottish goodies, a selection of board games and th added bonus of a hot tub! Only slight downside it the slightly tight drive way for parking but a permit is provided to park on a wider steeet opposite. Hosts are also very lovely and respond quickly to messages if you need any help. Would highly recommend!
