”This area of town is hit and miss as it is densely populated.Clean, renovated “flip” quality rental.The place reeked of either fabric softener or fragrance that smelled as if it was covering up dust, even though the property was clean. The bathroom towels and sheets had the same odour. The one towel I unrolled had a heavy stain on it. I brought our beach towels in to use. People (plural) leaving at 1:30AM, 30 year olds heading out on bicycles at that time of night, without shirts, looking...

”Family trips of 4. Quite area. 8 minutes driving to downtown Quebec and 10 minutes driving to Old Quebec without traffic. Near by hospital. Easy paid parking in day time but free at night after 9pm. ”

”Our suite was comfortable and spacious and let us have a home-away-from-home while on vacation as a family. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds comfortable, and the instructions clear. We were about a 20 minute walk from the walled city, but found other neighbourhoods of interest nearby. Staying here was like exploring a new side of a city we already loved. ”

”Really nice property in a great location for exploring Quebec City, Île d'Orléans, Jacques Cartier National Park and other nearby locations. Well equipped, comfortable, furnished and clean it had everything we needed for staying several days.Note that if you use the sofa bed (as we did), that room does not have curtains at the doors and windows so in the summer you will get woken earlier by the daylight.”
