”The bed was very comfortable in a room that was extremely quiet considering the hotel is on a major street. There are many high quality restaurants and cafes within a very short walk. There was a blues festival a block away which we hadn't planned on attending but really enjoyed. The receptionist was extremely helpful and gave us a quick tour of the facilities and showed us to the room. The only negative comment we would have is that the parking is limited. ”Front entry is very dirty, bad first impression right away. Room was not cleaned properly at all. There is no front desk but I did receive texts each day from someone on the staff. I responded about the dissatisfactory cleaning and they assured me that the room will be cleaned the following day which it was. Hôtel was fine but could be kept up better. Great location, walking distance to Old Quebec is about 30 minutes.”

”The location was great a short walk to the Old City gate on a very nice wide scenic street. The desk manager was extremely nice & very helpful. The immediate area has many quality restaurants. We stayed 2 nights last week. Our issue was security in the Hotel. Our door only had the first part of the lock functioning with the deadbolt not active. They added one of those flimsy chain locks which when you view the attached photos will see its held in by sheetrock screws as it had been broken through...

”Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Quebec. Walking distance to the old city and all its attractions. The room was perfect and we were lucky enough to have a lovely outlook from our room. Full of charm and quirkiness the room came with extras in the bathroom. There is a small shop right down stairs and lovely cafe for breakfast in the st behind. ”The room was really small but layout was good. I wish we would have known it was up two flights and no elevator. The bidet was nice but every time we walked into the bathroom the lid would open. So annoying. Parking is not on-site but the public parking at hotel near there was great.”

”The location was about 15 min to historic Quebec City and we enjoyed walking there. Apartment was new and bright and reasonably well equiped. The staff were helpful. We stayed in Spt. 301 and the cleaners had not done a great job. Bedside tables and lamps were visibly dusty and bath tub edges were really dirty (where bathtub and tiles meet). Also place was opposite a safe injection site, wuth lots of patients hanging around. We didn't feel safe walking back at night and always took an Uber....

”The building is in an ideal location and just a ten minute walk to Vieux Quebec. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen and there was plenty of storage space for our clothing and shoes. The 1-ply toilet paper was not ideal. A small table in the tv area would be very helpful for placing coffee mugs and glasses. Instructions for getting our apartment key and the key for the parking access were very helpful and easy to understand.”

”Great location. Despite being on the street and next to the hotel Concorde it was quiet. Separate access to the hotel on the second floor from the restaurant and the cigar lounge on the main floor. Easy walk to the plains of abraham, Rue Cartier, the national assembly and the city walls. Right on the Grande Alle with many restaurants at the hotel and inside the city walls. Valet parking available for your car. Hotel staff was good, every room has access to the balcony at the front of the hotel...

”L'endroit est très beau, bien situé, près du vieux Québec et de tous les restos sur Grande Allée. 2 petites choses, il y a qu'une cafetière par étage. L'autre, nous avions la chambre #5 au dernier étage et le plafond est en mansarde donc plus difficile d'ycirculer pour nos maris de 6' ...! Sinon, tout était parfait !”
