”Great location, less than 30 seconds to the quay. Room had everything you'd expect from a b&b. Fabulous breakfast, there was even an option of standard or large size! Would stay again if we're in the area. Friendly, welcoming host.”

Huoneessa ei muuta moittimista kuin vanhanaikaiset ikkunat, joiden äänieristys oli olematon ja jo loppukesän yönä huone oli melko viileä. Korvatulpat takasivat silti rauhalliset unet. Aamupala hyvä brittiaamiainen ja henkilökunta niin respassa kuin aamupalalla oli kohteliasta.”

”The bed was one of the worst I’ve ever seen. The mattress was shockingly bad. You could feel and see every spring which creaked pinged and moved everytime you moved. The room also had mould on the ceiling and an awful smell of musky dampness. My friend had a much nicer room and their bed was okay so it’s luck of the draw I guess.”

”The staff was very helpful and friendly . We had breakfast there which was very nice . Didn't like the Coffee and Tea in the Room's . Carpets was stained ,Shelf in Bathroom was very dirty . Hotel needs a mega upgrade , but for the price it was o.k. Bed's where good to sleep in ,could have done with an extra Pillow . Is a very low budget Hotel .”

”Toooo hooot , it was like in a sauna. The water was burning no cold water at all, the mattress mas punching us in the back the worst mattress ive ever seen. No air-conditioning not even on the holl, everywhere was too hot, and the smell was unbearable. Never again i would not recommend this place. I found places much cheaper with better conditions. Very disappointed, and no way to take the money back. We left as soon as we arrived, we didn't even sleep there. No staff in the place, they are...

”Great reception and sorted parking. Room was very smelly like old sweat. Sheets were clean and tidy but the carpet need changing it in a manky state. Bathroom clean and tidy but vinyl needs changing as it doesn't fit properly. Good enough for me to lay my head but I was out of there early as I was not going to be hanging around in that room.”

”It's for a basic stay, the place is dated, but beds are really comfortable and clean. Bathroom is spotless, also they provide soap and shampoo in little sachets. Staff was super responsive! Really on top of things. We needed to switch one fan and someone came to our room in 2 mins. The bonus for us was the we needed to leave early and the manager arranged for us to have packed omelettes! We are very grateful for it.”

”We did enjoy our stay at Harbour Heights, although parts of the hotel feel a little tired and in need of some updating. Unfortunately, some members of staff could also benefit from further customer service training, as at times we felt more like an inconvenience than valued guests. The terrace and the view are absolutely stunning and were definitely the highlight of our stay. However, it was disappointing that guests were not allowed to have meals on the terrace, and there was no waiter service...

”Beautiful cottage, really huge lounge and lots of fields around. Host Dawn was super helpful and the cottage had everything you needed. The showers were great and super clean, I always found that the pictures always look better than the actual place when you arrive, but this was even better in person. This is our first time renting a cottage rather than a hotel, and we're taking our puppy. We will be back with the whole family this time to enjoy it again.”
