”I've stayed at Decoy Barn a couple of times now and always enjoyed my stay there. The rooms are lovely, spotlessly clean and very quiet - both times I've stayed I've slept well, which I hardly ever do when I am away from home. John and Suzanne are great hosts and I always feel very welcome when I stay at Decoy Barn. The off-street parking is really good too - plenty of spaces and very secure.”

”When we arrived the owners came to great us. Very friendly, explained everything very well. Room was perfect with a lovely view. Bed comfortable, breakfast was amazing and great selection. Loved the fan on the wall.
Only bad thing i would say is upgrade the pillows, uncomfortable, even with 2. Room was hot even with the fan on the wall. ”

”Wonderful property, staff amazing.
Only "gripes" are - four poster bed is a *little* small, it's the equivalent of a small double bed. Also, the shower doesn't have much power.
It's an older, historical property, so do factor that into a stay.
As highlighted above though, the staff were brilliant, and the (included) breakfast was sublime.

”This is a lovely hotel to stay at. The pictures don't really do it justice. Courtney the owner up graded us to a larger room as the room that was allocated via the website was very small. Everything was very clean and was supplied with adequate tea,coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits. These were topped up every day. The room was cleaned and the bed made up daily. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice and the full English was exceptional.

”The Plough is a good class pub with clean, modern rooms. What makes them special is that it's such a friendly place to stay and the pub food is excellent. We were there for five days and I could have done with a few more to work my way through the menu. We'll also certainly miss their breakfasts.
It is situated well for visiting Norwich and the Norfolk Coast.
It's true that you can hear the busy road with the window open, but hey, life's a compromise and we'll happily take that.”
