”Toda nuestra estancia fue genial.
Ya directamente al entrar, a pesar de tener un pequeño problema con nuestro baño, en seguida nos ofrecieron otra habitación.
Desde el hotel en si, las instalaciones, el desayuno, el pueblo, los alrededores...TODO. Claramente volveremos a este precioso hotel.
Mi mujer, mi hija y yo hemos estado encantados.

”Tilava huoneisto isolla parvekkeella. Kauniit mukavat yleistilat ja suihkulähtein koristellun puutarhan läpi kulku siistille rantaraitille. Kaupat ja apteekit lähellä. ”
”The hotel is well kept and the location is superb right next to many restaurants, cafes etc. and only a short walk from the beach.
The service here was simply outstanding. I had forgotten my bag on the bag seat of a taxi and the reception was able to tract it down and arrange it to be delivered to the hotel. They saw a lot of effort to make this happen, had I stayed in some other hotel I would have most likely lost my bag for good.”
”Great affordable place to stay right on the beach. Reception was outstanding l, so friendly and helped us park our rental car in the parking garage. Bed was massive, bathroom could do with some TLC but ok. Beach was right there! Restaurants were many at good prices.”

Henkilökunta vastaanotossa on ystävällistä ja palvelualtista. Allasbaarin henkilökunta pitää kuitenkin käydä pyytämässä paikalle respasta ja jano saattaa yllättää ennen kuin kukaan baaritiskin taakse palvelemaan ehtii... Aamiainen on valikoimaltaan varsin runsas ja terveellisiäkin vaihtoehtoja löytyy poikkeuksellisen...
”We stayed here for one weekend with my partner. The hotel was clean and facilities were nice, especially pool area was beautiful.
However there was a long queue at the reception when we arrived, there were 6 employees behind the counter but only one line. Check in was a bit chaotic, they didn’t mention our complimentary drinks and It would have been nice if they told us about the pool towels during the check in process. We had to come back and wait again in the line to get our pool towels....
”Une très belle expérience dans un hôtel magnifique, vue imprenable sur mer et golf, chambre très spacieuse avec grande terrasse, piscines au top, plage accessible à pied.
Nous avons été impressionnés par la réactivité du personnel à nos demandes, ma femme a eu un échange avec le directeur de l’hôtel Mr Fahd qui réagit de manière instantanée pour répondre aux différents besoins, on a rarement vu un directeur d’hôtel aussi présent et disponible pour les clients.

”The inside yard was very beautiful with the swimming pool, the flowers and the lights in the night. The lobby was impressive. The corridors for the rooms were less impressive and the room was okay. There wasn't anything special in the room. Only that it was very big. There was useless space in the room. I would have wished something more from the room of a 4 stars' hotel. On the other hand from the inside yard I could not have wished more.”

”The hotel is located in a quiet and great location. The apartment is well equipped and the hotel's service is excellent.
It was easy to park the car during the quiet season, but during the high season it may be difficult to find parking spaces nearby.
Due to the location of the hotel, a car is almost essential.”

"More like 1-2stars than whatever they’re selling. I booked a week for myself and my daughter. We were put in a room on a 2nd floor on the side. The whole floor looked like it had not been cleaned in months. Disgusting. Our door was jammed so we could barely open/close it. Someone had wiped their nose on the wall next to the bed - not cleaned. Beds and pillows are extremely uncomfortable. Bedding is orange old musty fleece that looks like it hasn’t been washed in months. Walls are paper thin! You can hear everything your neighbor says or does. A guy next door had “payed company” the 1st night of our stay. This is not an assumption, this is a fact since I heard everything. Thank god my daughter was sleeping and didn’t wake up but I heard EVERYTHING! The bargain and the disgusting stuff that followed. They gave us another room on the other side of the building next day. 3rd floor was a bit nicer and cleaner. The front desk said that where we were put first, is known to be a little sketchy… my question is; why on earth put a mother and young child there then when there were lots of rooms available anyways?!? This was off-season. Location is great and staff is friendly, but we obviously will not be returning this hotel ever again! "
