âThe room had a strong musty mildew smell, and the TV didnât work. The young lady at the front desk gave us another room across the hall which had the same smell. She said âno one was available to fix the TV she was there aloneâ. The room, bathroom & linens were clean and for breakfast there was a very good selection. Staff was friendly and tried to accommodate but was beyond their control. The Property owner needs to maintain this property better. Seems to me there was a roof issue that was...

âThe room was never cleaned. There was fecal matter on the toilet. And live and dead roaches on the floor, shower and refrigerator. I went immediately to office to complain and ask for another room. Per A Richard Patel ( female ) she told me they were booked and she can come and clean the room later. I told her if that is your way of cleaning no thanks, so she gave me a bunch of cleaning products and I cleaned myself. Slept with lights on because of the roaches and left the next morning.
