”Staff were rude. Would not allow my niece in the hotel who was staying in the second room I booked. Told her she had to be staying at the hotel and she said she was but they did not believe her and would not let her in. They were incredibly rude. She gave her room number but the room was under my brothers name and so they would not let her. But the room was for 2 people and it is their fault they did not ask for the name of the second person. She was there when I checked in. Incredibly impolite....

”We stayed here on a one night stopover when travelling to the alps from Antibes. Wow..! - super stylish and beautifully furnished with really helpful and friendly staff. Retro room but immaculate and comfortable. The restaurant was absolutely superb. We did a month long road trip in France this summer, and the dinner experience was easily our favourite of the trip. We were even invited into the kitchen to meet the fantastic staff..! Simply fantastic. Highly recommended.”

”Excellent hotel in fantastic location ski Gondola next to hotel ski room, walk out of hotel ski shop straight into gondola. Bedrooms immaculately cleaned daily. Excellent breakfast choice with faultless staff. We didnt use the restaurant in the evening so can't comment but half board menu looked quite limited choice of 3 main course choices including 1 vegetarian. ”

”Very spacious flat and terrace. The beds were reasonably comfortable. There kitchen area is very basic and there were no soap, washing up liquid, sponges, drying rack/tea towels. Shampoo and shower gel provided but no conditioner. Had to clean the flat in the end with vacuum and cleaning utensils provided by reception, which only works for a couple of hours in the morning and evening. This was checked very quickly and efficiently. ”

"It’s not bad, but there’s not much delights either. Personnel we’re friendly and professional across the board, but other than that it’s average. It’s like the chain itself. It offers lower mid-tier quality at mid tier prices, sprinkled with small annoyances. Breakfast is sort of expensive compared to what one gets, the sink / tap combo easily splashes water all over, decoration is 
 well, partly refurnished, yet at the same time you feel like you got back to nineties. As said, all in all not a bad experience, particularly due to professional and friendly staff, but at the same time nothing to celebrate either."
