”Very nice property with good, large and clean room. We were given an upgrade of a room with a balcony when we arrived and the view of the pyramids is stunning. Very friendly staff who always wanted to help. Lovely meal on the first night although very slow. The only other downside was I do feel we were ripped off on a 10 minute cab journey which cost way too much money.”

It took two phone calls followed by two visits to the front desk when no one showed up as promised to fix it after an hour and then even more time after that to get the wifi to work. We were given two hand towels instead of bath towels and no shampoo, with the discovery coming late at night and, with little hope it would be addressed quickly based on the response to the wifi issue, we didn't bother...
