She is truly a professional and not just business as usual. She made us feel so welcome and we are forever grateful to have had her support throughout our vacation. We booked two tours through the hotel, which went absolutely smoothly. Even special requests, like simply needing a driver to go somewhere and then being picked up, were organized at short notice and were simply fantastic. ”3泊をお世話になりました。 マネージャーのマムーさんやサップさんは日本が大好きな方でとても良くしてくれました。 まずは空港に無料で迎えに来てくれました。タクシーの呼び込みやUberでのナンバープレート解読の心配も無く安心して移動が出来ました。 また深夜0時頃に到着し時差の関係で夕飯を食べていませんでしたが、チェックイン後直ぐに食事の手配をしてくれて部屋でゆっくり食事が出来ました。 お水も毎日無料で追加してくれるし必要な物はすぐに対応してくれました。 場所的にはピラミッドや大エジプト博物館に近くとても便利。ちょっとガヤガヤした地域にありますが、大手ホテルにはないカイロらしい現地の雰囲気が味わえます。 部屋からはなんとピラミッドが見えます。そして部屋には大きな浴槽があり、お風呂に浸かってピラミッドも見られます。勿論ベッドからも。 ピラミッド近くのレストランに食事に行った時も車の手配をしてくれました。 お手頃の価格の小さいホテルですが、マムーさんがゲストは家族ですと言うように最高のサービスでした。 ギザでお勧めのホテルです。”
