”Plenty of places to sleep for a large group of friends, and lots of good spaces to gather (porch, 2 living-room like spaces, outdoors). The only things I'd change are adding a door to one downstairs bedroom that doesn't have one, and curtains on the bedroom windows. Overall a great spot though and very convenient to Kenyon College.”

”We had a wonderful stay at the Ranch at Fairway Three. The host did an excellent job communicating throughout the process and ensuring our stay was perfect. The house was spacious and comfortable and set up with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The decor is updated with plenty of seating options, both indoors and outdoors. We enjoyed eating at local restaurants in Mt. Vernon and hiking nearby trails. We hope to be back again soon! Thank you, Mark, for making our stay so memorable!”

”I travel with a large group of friends and family every year to Thornville. So I have about five years of different rentals and this is by far the superior of all that I have tried. The property is incredibly clean and well-maintained, the house is large enough to easily accommodate 12 people. Kitchen and entertainment areas are only surpassed by the magnificent backyard. I wish I could give a six for host communication as Tristan is basically on call 24 seven for you.”

”The property is really nice, great porch. The house is very close to route 36 so it can be quite loud on the porch with semis and farm equipment passing by. Political candidate signs stuck up at the entrance is also not a very welcoming start or a good look for a rental property. Otherwise, very clean and comfortable.”

”This is a cute place. The hot tub setup is great for a beautiful sunset. The back upper deck is awesome. Couple of small things… the spiral stairway is VERY narrow which creates two issues 1. Pets have to be walked out and around each time you are gathered in different areas and 2. If you are a little heavy like me.. it’s a little tight especially if you are carrying things. Place could have been a little cleaner but it was so cute. Water in upper shower doesn’t stay hot long, goes cold, then...

”The location is perfect for Kenyon sporting activities. It’s also a great spot to get on the bike trail. The house is not big but the hosts have really made good use of the space. It looks like a new house inside and the covered sitting area in the back provides a large area to socialize with your house guests. ”

”This was our second year staying here for anniversary and we loved it so much all over again. The cabin was super clean, decorated for fall in the cutest way. You can tell they take pride in their cabin and the experience they want you to have. Down to every detail, it was one of the nicest stays we have ever had in a cabin.
