”Highly recommend. Beautiful views!”

”Tilava, siisti huone, erinomainen isäntä jne.”

”Lovely hotel.”

”Oh my goodness this stay was fabulous! We travelled New Zealand and this has been our favorite stay! Beachwood is perfectly located to everything and the room was beautifully appointed. We had a full kitchen, a comfy bed and plenty of living space to spread out into. Our hosts, Dion and Mackey were lovely. They gave us lots of tips and checked in daily to be sure we had everything we needed. Don't hesitate! Book it! You won't be disappointed! The Mahers - USA”

”This boutique hotel was very charming, with lovely decor! The breakfast was great and the room was very clean. Staff were also friendly and the view of the city was wonderful.”

”This is in a great location, lovely staff and exactly what was required for our one night stay. Would stay again”

”Meille tuli yllätyksenä ettei huoneen sängyissä ollut peittoja. Viivyimme vain yhden yön ja ennen kuin huomasimme epäkohdan, oli vastaanotto jo sulkeutunut. Lähtiessämme seuraavana aamuna pyysimme henkilökuntaa merkitsemään tämän varaussivustolle selkeämmin ja he lupasivat tutkia asiaa. Muilta osin paikka oli hintatasoonsa nähden perus-jees.”

”Nice clean room. Nice building. Nice hosts. Parking a bit awkward for larger vehicle as small parking space but it's an old building so can understand. One night parked in the street but another night managed to get into the car park, with 1cm away from the wall. Would recommend.”

”Lovely motel with friendly staff, close to the town centre, gardens, and NZ’s first University.”

”8 bed dorm was really spacious. Loved the curtains, really made it feel cosy and cocoonlike. Comfy duvet and pillow and CLEAN. Super warm too, really felt like a home away from home. The staff, especially Martin, was really helpful. Would stay again when I’m back in Dunedin.”

”Great as usual (3rd time staying here) Well priced and close to everything”

”Accomodation was very clean. Nicely equiped kitchen. The staff are very kind and helpful. Strongly recommend. Will return for futur stay.”

”Good location, quiet motel and nice staff. The room was big though a bit old and the bathroom was cold.”

”Close proximity and good walking distance (10-15min) to many cafes and restaurants. The room is spacious snd clean. Love the bed, comfy and slept so well!”
