”Its a budget hotel, very clean with excellent staff. Abdul Aziz at the front dest spoke good English and was very helpful .

”One of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed at in a very long time. Staff went above and beyond with very classy touches like wet towels and pomegranate juice served on arrival while you checked in. Hotel is in a great location near Amir Temur square. Rooms are incredibly new and clean and the shower was outstanding. This is the only hotel I would stay at on a return to Tashkent! ”

”Good location in central Tashkent. Small rooms. Comfortable beds. Slippers and bathrobes provided. Mediocre breakfast. Some staff members speak very limited English. Asking for a quiet room does not result in getting a quiet room. All in all the hotel is okay but not great.”

”The hotel was a recently built and well maintained property. The included breakfast featured continental breakfast options as well as more indigenous options but prepared onsite and served in the upstairs restaurant.
Location was in a suburb but pleasant enough and had easy access to taxis and the Metro (Pushkin). Not a great deal of activities locally nor shopping.”
"Aamiaisella oli kaoottinen tarjoilu ja teemukit loppu, kahvia ei tarjolla ollenkaan. Wifi ei toiminut hotellihuoneessa (aulassa ja käytävällä kyllä). Huoneessa ilmastointilaite piti kamalaa katkonaista kirskuntaa ja tököttävää meteliä 24 tuntia vuorokaudessa. Henkilökunta ei ollut kartalla varauksestamme ja piti nähdä paljon ylimääräistä vaivaa todistaaksemme varauksemme, vaikka edellisiltana meille oli sanottu kaiken olevan kunnossa. Hotellin sijainti on sentään hyvä ja kyseessä legendaarinen hotelli, jossa voi yöpyä yön. Kahta ei välttämättä kannata."
