”The room was spotless, I think that's the best gym ive seen at a hotel and everyone was very helpful and welcoming. Oh, the breakfast was also very good.”

”Great and helpful staff, I arrived early but I still felt welcomed. Breakfast was good. Location is okay, a bit of walking to the metro station but there are many great restaurants nearby. As a female traveling alone, I felt safe in Tashkent and around hotel. Room was nice and clean, I'd definitely stay again.”

”This hotel is conveniently located in an upscale Neighbourhood of Tashkent, close to the airport, railway station and historical part of the city. Breakfast is excellent, rooms are quiet and convenient. Hotel staff is polite and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.”

”Mercure Tashkent North is worth a true five star rating - in fact, I’d give the team 6 out of 5 for their service and friendliness. Shout out to Makhmood, Salohiddin, Manusha, Diyora, Jackhongir, Mustala, Rostislav and others for your kindness during my stay!! Greetings from Sydney and see you again next time!”

”Bel hôtel confortable avec un personnel poli et attentionné”

”Siisti huone, hyvä ja avulias henkilökunta, alle kilometri lähimmälle metroasemalle.”

”Good location in central Tashkent. Small rooms. Comfortable beds. Slippers and bathrobes provided. Mediocre breakfast. Some staff members speak very limited English. Asking for a quiet room does not result in getting a quiet room. All in all the hotel is okay but not great.”

”The room we got was diametral different to the photos you see in the announcement! We had no windows in our room, shower was dirty and overall condition not equivalent to a three star hotel!”

”Not 5 star luxury standard, just due to showing it's age. Has the grandeur of 5 star in lobby. Staff were helpful enough, did have issues with room power cut and issues with registration as a tourist but were dealt with by staff.”

”Room was tidy and nice. Location is ok.”

”Pool was very crowded and noisy all the time. We tried to go there late in the evening but there was a private event so we could’nt get. Also the waiter in thw pool bar was al little bit rude. He didn’t smile, he didn’t open or pour the beer for us (we did it by ourselves). Also the beer was warm. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was full of different foods. We stayed for two nights and our room was never cleaned.”
