”Super cute atmosphere. We enjoyed the decor and unique art. Overall, the room was clean, but some things were in disrepair (exhaust fan and light in bathroom). The food was good, but the kitchen and dining service was lackluster. It was our first time to Richmond, so we didn’t know what to expect, the neighborhood is a mixed bag.”

”For the price we paid, the amenities did not meet our expectations. Breakfast was not included, and not even complimentary bottled water was provided. There was no on-site parking available, so we had to park on the street. Additionally, the beds were very small and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, we expected a much better experience for the price”

”Historic is one way to describe it... dated another. The rooms are dark, dreary. The property is hard to access due to surrounding construction which furthers the issues. I was invaded by Security as I had just stepped out of the shower and was in the bedroom and I heard the door open. I called out and then frantically threw some clothes on to find a man standing in the door saying "Is the shower leaking as the room downstairs called to say they had a leak".
