An old, renovated, traditional Tuscan barn near Florence, featuring a stunning, very large garden, a vegetable garden, a swimming pool, and private parking.

On the first floor, the living area features a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven, coffee makers, and everything needed for cooking, including a wood-fired oven located both inside and outside the house. You can enjoy lunch on the porch surrounded by the scents of the garden’s medicinal plants. On the first floor, there is also a large living room with a fireplace, a dining table, and sofas, as well as a second living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a laundry room. From the living room windows, you step out into the private garden, where you can relax in the armchairs under the porch or in the hammock suspended in the olive grove. The three bedrooms are located on the first floor, all equipped with air conditioning and a bathroom with a shower. The bedroom windows offer views of the woods.
Our guests will have access to the entire house, the large garden, the vegetable garden, and the pool. The pool is not heated and will be open from May 15 through September 30.
Upon check-in, we’ll provide all the information you need about the area: nearby restaurants and supermarkets, transportation to Florence and other cities in Tuscany, as well as directions for beautiful walks and hikes in the countryside and the surrounding woods. Self-check-in is available so our guests can arrive at their convenience.
We can also arrange for a private chef to come to the house to prepare an authentic Italian dinner or brunch.
