”Very convenient to Tucson International Airport, just outside the entrance. The Staff was incredibly helpful from arranging for a private driver to printing boarding passes. The hotel has a shuttle service to take you to anywhere within a three mile limit and then pick you up, so getting to restaurants is easy. The breakfast has a nice variety of food items that change daily. The room was clean and maid service came every other day. WIFI was fast. It would be nice if the hotel had a business...

”Travelled with a young family. Quick check-in. Obviously it needs updates and feels a little uncomfortable. But everything was very clean in terms of the two queen beds and the sink and microwave and fridge etc. just the bathroom corners were a little dirty. Otherwise it was mostly fine! Really surprised actually for a 2* place!”

”This hotel was couple of weeks ago a Best Western and now they have a new owner and name — it seems that the new owners are still learning how to run a hotel: staff is friendly and helps, but there were minor issues with cleaning (some beard hairs in the sink) and breakfast (the food run out and they didn’t notice in until one customer went to kitchen). Some administration workflow should be also brushed, I was accidentally double charged both via Hotels.com and the hotel as I arrived one day...

”The rooms and hallways need a bit of a face-lift or a thorough cleaning as they are looking a little worn. (e.g. broken hooks, peeling wallpaper, overflowing trash) We also had ants in our initial room.
However, the staff addressed the issue immediately and were apologetic.
Despite the ants and the worn look, we typically are pleased with our stay since we've stayed at this location multiple times.”
