Nonostante la mia sbadataggine e il mio non leggere i cartelli, il personale, più precisamente il sig. Mario, non ha battuto ciglio ed è rimasto gentile e molto ironico per tutto il tempo della prenotazione. Meno male, direi anche! Camere pulite alla perfezione. Ho chiesto un giorno in più e non ci sono stati problemi, abbiamo fatto colazione in hotel il primo giorno, e devo dire che fosse completa. La prima volta che faccio colazione sentendomi a mio agio, oltretutto. La vince su tutti Shila, o Sheila, non so come si scrive il suo nome, ma è la gattina più bella e dolce di tutti! Anche se fa il gatto, rimane dolcissima! Il sig. Mario ci ha anche offerto la colazione quando abbiamo fatto il check out! Seguite i suoi consigli in fatto di ristorazione e pizzerie! Azzeccatissimi!

We spend a single night, with a late arrival and early leaving. The women (and the cat Jack) working at the place were very nice and friendly. We had some issues with our booking, as the place had not received it though we got a confirmation from hotels.com, at the night of our arrival. There are lots of parking. The beds were not super comfy.

Ho soggiornato tre giorni in tre persone avevamo due stanze adiacenti molto spaziose e carine con portefinestre peccato per il bagno molto carino sicuramente ma mancava un aspiratore ,il frigo nn funzionava e un giorno nn ci hanno fatto le pulizie..peccato perché poteva essere una recenzione da 10.

Peccato che non abbiate parlato di nessuno di questi problemi con la direzione. Vi ha mai sfiorato il sospetto che avrebbero potuto essere risolti? Per quanto riguarda il giorno senza pulizie, non pensate che sarebbe bastato rendere disponibile la camera per alcuni minuti nella tarda mattinata, invece di occuparla fino al pomeriggio? Tutti questi disagi avrebbero potuto essere risolti semplicemente riportandoli a chi di dovere. E invece avete preferito tacere, per lamentarvene pubblicamente. Neanche il vostro è un atteggiamento da 10. Tutt’altro.

Prendiamo atto che lei da un dettaglio sicuramente sgradevole di cui ci scusiamo, riesce a dare informazioni di cui pare piuttosto certo addirittura sull’intera struttura. E rileviamo che invece di parlarcene personalmente dandoci la possibilità di rimediare, ha preferito pubblicizzare. Dovrebbe sfruttare queste sue indubbie abilità divinatorie per preconizzare i numeri al Lotto e venderli in tv.

Needs improvement
Room had a bug. Bathroom had already a few hairs at my arrival. On site parking was booked for a movie scene being shot the day after but had not warned the evening before.. Therefore they woke me up and had me park somewhere else. Personell was not able to swiftly check me out because the manager was away.

Not a mention about you checking out one hour later than you should have. If you had left the room on time it would not have been necessary to move the car. And the manager would be in place. Thank you very much

Struttura recente in ottima posizione per raggiungere i posti montani più gettonati. Tranquillità e ampio parcheggio davanti all hotel ma con possibilita di parcheggio interno per i motociclisti. pulizia impeccabile, colazione con buona varieta, personale molto cordiale e sorridente. Super consigliata .

Hotel zum empfehlen
Das Hotel im ganzen, war super. Leider sind die Duschkabinen etwas klein, aber ansonsten ist das Bad ok. Das Frühstück war im Preis nicht inbegriffen, aber für das riesige Angebot und das für 7€ pro Person/Tag, OK. Die Betten ware nicht zu hart oder zu weich, ein Mittelmaß.

The area the hotel was in was not the best, I would not go outside after dark. It’s also a good distance from everything so if you plan on going anywhere I wouldn’t stay there. I was not aware that my husband could not have breakfast with me, until the front desk threatened to charge me extra. The front desk also threatened to charge me for a double occupancy because my husband was stopping by to see me during the day. He was having to stay somewhere else due to work. After informing the front desk he was just visiting, he angerly stated that he “gave me” the larger bed because of my extended stay and I should be thankful. I had PAID for the larger bed so I would have room to sleep. After that I just avoided the front desk. The night before I left I asked if I could go ahead and check out for the next day. All he said was I could check out at any time, he never confirmed with me if he in fact had checked me out of my room. Overall I would not stay here again.

This review is outrageous. We didn't threaten you, we only pointed out that meanwhile you were paying for one you were using the room in two. Your answer has been that your husband was just "visiting". Is it called "visiting" if you sleep, take shower and have breakfast in two every day (paying for one)? You informed us about your visiting husband only after our warning, not before, as you should have correctly done. In the end you booked the basic single room but we gave you the Superior single room with a queen-size bed. We didn't expect a thank you, but not even this dishonest review.

Ci piacerebbe davvero conoscere il motivo di questo voto insufficiente, dato che avete ottenuto una camera di livello superiore a quella pagata, abbiamo pienamente soddisfatto le vostre richieste e avete goduto di una colazione superiore a quella inclusa nel pacchetto.

Basic accommodations for a good price.
We used this location as a one-night stopover on our way to Aviano. It was cheap and included breakfast. The accommodations were basic and with the price we paid, it is what we expected. We had three twin beds which were very small (big and tall people, be warned) and space was limited. The bathroom was super small, with standing shower that also only fits little people. The area outside was ok; there was a pizzeria and pub within a couple of hundred meters (pizza was ok and pub was loud and could be heard from the hotel). We had a room facing the road - it was also loud when we opened the window, which we had to do because it was warm in September and AC units were already turned off (there were no fans provided). However, we preferred that to the pub noise, so be warned if you are a light sleeper or do not use a sound machine - you may need to ask for a room towards the back and away from the road. The best part of this hotel is the staff. Italian and very friendly. The front desk person spoke English well and expedited our check in since we arrived late during their hours. He was also friendly. We missed breakfast but the spread looked ample and they offered us some coffee and croissants which was very fresh. We would return.

3*** nella media, adeguato nel rapporto qualità-prezzo. Personale molto cortese è disponibile. Migliorabile la colazione a self service, fatta essenzialmente con prodotti da supermercato. Insopportabile la tendina di nylon nella doccia che rimane appiccicata alla pelle... pensavo fossero state abolite! Da sostituire assolutamente con box doccia.

Sehr schönes Familien Hotel am Fuße der Berge
Vajont ist zentral gelegen für sportliche Aktivitäten wie wandern oder biken. Durch das reichliche Frühstück gut gestärkt kann’s losgehen. Ebenso sind kulturelle Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Venedig, Udine, Palma Nova und vieles mehr in Kürze zu erreichen. Der Service ist hervorragend, wir haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt.

Un hotel davvero consigliabile per chi è in zona
Arrivato in tarda serata sono stato accolto dal titolare. Persona squisita, cordiale e disponibilissimo. Hotel posto in un ottima posizione con camere spaziose e pulite. Ampio parcheggio a disposizione.

If you’re looking for seclusion, this is the place to stay. Very quiet, courteous and professional staff who always makes you feel welcomed. This would be a great place to stay to get away from the world and still have everything you need. I’ll definitely stay again if needed.
