”Stayed for two nights, and we were kindly offered public transportation passes for two days. Parking was free on the street on Saturday after 18 and Sunday all day. The air conditioning is rather noisy and there is no fridge in the room, but other than that we enjoyed our stay very much. Quiet and neat rooms, small pool outside, short walking distance to train/funicular. Excellent service. Didn’t have breakfast but bought coffee separately, 3,50 CHF per cup.”

Koramme Coco viihtyi hyvin hotelissa ja läheisillä pyistoalueilla tapasimme muita koiriwn ulkoiluttajia. Juotsenet kävelivät potkin kävelykatua ja viettivät aikaa baareissa. Naisille ostoskadulla oli kaikki kuuluisat vaateliikkeet ja niiden palvelu oli erinomaista. Lähellä on myös outlet Fox Town. ”
”Very beautiful and cozy hotel! Our room had a great view to the garden and Lugano lake. Spacious room, which was very clean and pleasant, it had a nice balcony. There was an excellent pianist playing in the lounge whole evening on Saturday night. Hotel is situated by only 20 minutes walk from the city center and there was a free bus connection frequently going to city center. We recommend the hotel and would like to visited soon again. ”
”A really nice stay at PSM hotel, lot of sport activities and a super friendly staff. The pools were quite nice for a family trip. The family room where we stayed was spacious and clean, there was a slight problem with air conditioning, but that got fixed eventually.”
