”This was our second visit to Relais Villa Belvedere. The staff is friendly and helpful, the location away from the city but close to the highway works nicely. Excellent breakfast!!”

”Et sjarmerende lite B&B. Har nok vært utrolig vakkert i sine glansdager, men områdene rundt bærer preg av lite vedlikehold. Leiligheten var helt grei for en overnatting. Gulvet på badet var ikke rent. Når vi tørket opp etter oss ble håndkleet møkkete. Men overnattingen var helt grei alt i alt. Når vi skulle sjekke ut var det ikke et menneske å se, resepsjonen var stengt. Endte med å sette nøklene i døra og dra da alt var betalt ved bestilling.”

”Very clean and spacious place within walking distance from Firenzes main attractions, restaurants and bars. Stayed one night so the location was very convenient for us, as the parking garage was also nearby. Communicating with the staff was easy and friendly and they were extremely helpful!”

”The check-in to the hotel was about 10-15 minutes away walking. Check in was smooth. Walked about 5 more minutes to the apartment. There was no attendant at the apartment building but there was a lot of security in the building. Felt very safe.”

”Apartment is new and clean. Very spacious and great layout. Was disappointed that ac was advertised but when trying to use cool mode it switched to heat. Also fire alarm went off bc someone burnt something which is out of the control of management but the response took 2 hours for someone to come and silence the alarm. Also trash was left in elevator so we couldn’t use it to bring our bags up to the 3rd floor. ”

”We arrived at the unit to find a set of keys in an easily operable lockbox outside. Upon entering the unit, we found a well-furnished, roomy space that comfortably housed us and our 2 teenagers with 2 bedrooms, a semi-private living room with sofabed that was already made up for us, 2 large full bathrooms, and even a private terrace. The first bathroom had a washing machine and the terrace had a drying rack so we were able to wash a few things. The fully equipped kitchen had a fridge with...

”Check-in process was a little delayed. Location great and very big size so great for families. Didn’t know there was a washer but wish there was a dryer too. Coffee maker didn’t work. Otherwise, great place”
