Located just 15 km from Haguenau, we offer you the chance to stay in our 320m² family home, with a pool, nestled in a lush and peaceful environment, ideal for a family stay, with friends, colleagues, for a weekend, vacation, or work trip.

Parties, birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and other similar events are strictly prohibited.

Our house is not suitable for hosting such events that could disturb the neighbors.



The house layout:



On the first floor:

An open living space with a sitting area and a dining area to share a nice meal around the fireplace (only in use during the winter) or play billiards.

A 60's style fully equipped kitchen (dishes, cutlery, stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, drip coffee maker, and Nespresso machine), with a stammtisch corner, ideal for breakfast.

You can enjoy your meals indoors or on the terrace when the weather is nice.

A bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and sink.

A separate toilet.

A first bedroom with a double bed, desk, and a water point (sink and bidet).

A second bedroom with 2 single beds.



Upstairs, the sleeping area consists of:

A third bedroom with a double bed.

A fourth bedroom with a double bed, desk, and a water point (sink).

A fifth bedroom with a double bed, desk, and a water point (sink).

A sixth bedroom with two single beds and a water point (sink).

A bathroom with a bathtub, shower, sink, and a toilet.

A laundry room (ironing board and iron) and a foosball table on the landing complete the upstairs area.



In the summer, you can enjoy the pool (from May 15 to October 15), the quick tennis court, a ping-pong table, and the stone barbecue.

In the winter, enjoy the billiards, foosball, share comforting meals at the stammtisch, and warm up by the fireplace



Parking is available on the property.



During the months of September, October, November, December, January, February, March, and April, the house heating will be charged separately based on the actual consumption.

A meter reading will be taken upon your arrival and departure, in the presence of the host.



The entire house will be yours. To ensure a pleasant stay:

Cleaning will be done,

Beds will be made with clean sheets,

Clean towels will be provided, along with a bath mat in each bathroom and a kitchen towel,

Free Wi-Fi connection.



Key Handover:

A concierge will welcome you on arrival to hand over the keys and facilitate your stay.

Please note that if you arrive:



Between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM, there is an additional charge of 20€.



After 11:00 PM, the extra charge is 40€.

A prior request is required, and payment will be made directly to the concierge upon arrival.



House Rules:

During your stay, we kindly ask you to respect all your neighbors. They live in the village permanently, so please be discreet when coming and going, in the evening, at night, and in the early morning. Not everyone has the same rhythm, so think of the early sleepers, late risers, and those who need to work. We reserve the right to terminate the stay early and without refund if these rules are not followed.



No smoking is allowed inside the house. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, shisha, or any other smoking devices is strictly prohibited inside the house.

Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty fee of 250€ for additional cleaning.

Smoking is allowed outside the house, using the designated ashtrays.



Bed linen and towels, as well as the standard final cleaning, are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linen and a general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms.

However, it is your responsibility to clean and tidy the dishes, barbecue, fireplace, take out the trash, remove the bed linens, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machines, and clean up inside the house. If you do not wish to do this, you can pre-order an optional "complete cleaning" service for the apartment for 120€. If this option is not pre-booked, and the cleaning instructions are not followed, a penalty fee of 240€ will be charged.



A digital contract will need to be signed and a copy of your ID will be requested via the Yaago platform after booking, along with the required police registration information, according to local regulations.

If the identities of the people staying do not match the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse access to the property.
