”Hyvässä kunnossa. Kivasti sisustettu asunto. Meillä oli vain huone, ei koko asuntoa, mutta saimme käyttää keittiössä olevaa jääkaappia. Tiedoista poiketen aamiainen ei kuulu hintaan vaan olisi pitänyt maksaa erikseen. Henkilö kuka meitä oli vastaanottamassa ei puhunut ollenkaan englantia. Hyvä sijainti, lähellä kauppa ja ravintoloita.”

”Wonderful stay at Soprano Suites. The entire staff were warm and welcoming. The hotel is clean and well maintained in an area with a neighborhood feel with lots of local dining and shopping options, but still within walking to all of the main attractions. Loved the eclectic, and artistic decor of the property and my suite. I opted to include breakfast for my stay and it included a nice variety of options - everything was fresh and the cafe staff/barista was super nice. ”

”The location is fabulous. It is an historic building with a tiny elevator. I would recommend this property for people who don't mind stairs. Right across the street from the fabulous Boboli Gardens and Pitti Palace.”

”Beautiful, spacious rooms, located away from the crowds, in the Oltrarno, fantastic breakfast included, and an easy walk to restaurants, shopping, Ponte Vechio bridge, Uffizi, Duoma, etc We drove in and the hotel made arrangements with a patking garage minutes away”

”Front desk staff was amazing and very friendly and helpful . The room had all the amenities needed including fridge and hair dryer. Only thing they could improve is screens on windows for mosquitoes. ”

”The staff were truly wonderful at Hotel Piazza Pitti Palace and Letizia made sure we were completely welcomed and comfortable immediately on arrival which was a lovely personal touch. The location of the hotel is terrific, we were able to see so much of what Florence had to offer for dining and site seeing and the suites were very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. 10/10 we will definitely be staying there again amazing birthday treat! ”
