”When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned from the previous stay, although the owner sent someone around within the next hour. there is lots of water damage around the property and noticeable damp and mugginess. We were unable to turn the downstairs heating off, and it was very warm. The property is in an overall great location, 20 min walk from Gare du Nord and 10-minute walk to central Montmartre and the metro. ”

”Concerns have been forwarded to host. Hoping they are fixed for the next guest. Dirty walls, broken couch, weird unsealed door in bedroom “closet”, dirty floors and rug. Very noisy due to being inside a shopping center and not sound proof to the hallway so when people go in and out you hear everything. WiFi is not very reliable, had to go out of the shopping center each time I had to use phone for anything important.”

”This was in a great location. It was very nice and well kept. Comfortable accommodations and very walkable the most popular locations. Only one small hiccup when checking in as you have to call the call box to be let in and no one was answering the phone. Luckily someone who lived in the building came up and let us in the building as we could not get in contact with the property managers. The key is also a little cumbersome and takes a lot of wiggling and maneuvering to get it to work. A keypad...

”We were stunned at how beautiful the 17th century building was, right along the Seine. And inside, the windows look out onto the river and central Paris, leaving a sense of spaciousness. The bateux mouches go by periodically, which is festive and fun; otherwise, the apartment is beautiful and quiet.This apartment is homey and very well organized, with separate sections and doors, making it the perfect place for our group: a mom, her son, and his friend. ”I cannot say enough good things about our stay here. There are all the basics: fabulous location; easy check in process; very clean; well stocked apartment. But what really stood out were our hosts: they are knowledgeable, friendly and eager to share information about the apartment and especially about the local food options. Then, to top it off, they went out of their way to locate a lost pair of specialized prescription glasses after our stay. We just cannot say enough good things about...
