âGreat location with shops and restaurants nearby. Walk to the Louvre and the Seine. The bedroom and ensuite are downstairs from the kitchen and living area so if you had 2 people on the pullout sofa using the bathroom for them would be very awkward.â

âThe apartment itself was very fine. Hostnfly, the concierge in charge of unit was totally unresponsive. The advertised clothes washer leaked on the first day of our stay, and despite phone calls and e-mails, their only response in the two week stay was that they were waiting to hear from someone to fix it. Even those responses were slow in coming. In addition, the location to pick up and drop off the key was about 1/2 mile from the unit, very inconvenient if you are dragging suitcases to the...

âWhen we arrived, the property had not been cleaned from the previous stay, although the owner sent someone around within the next hour. there is lots of water damage around the property and noticeable damp and mugginess. We were unable to turn the downstairs heating off, and it was very warm.
The property is in an overall great location, 20 min walk from Gare du Nord and 10-minute walk to central Montmartre and the metro. â
