”Gran hotel, el servicio es insuperable. Todo el staff es súper amable y siempre al pendiente. El concierge te ayuda a todo desde reservar para una cena hasta conseguir los ski pass para los lifts. Te brindan un servicio de shuttle que te lleva y trae a todas partes de la ciudad. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca del centro y tan solo al salir por la puerta de los lockers de skis , estás en el área de lifts. ”

”I was there in the final week of the season, with the Residence mostly full, the hotel section closed, and minimal staff (Pierre really was our knight in shining armour), but the experience was still excellent. We were looked after extremely well, and the room, facilities, and pastry deliveries were all first class. Highly recommended!”

”A well appointed apartment, in what appears to be a relatively newly built or refurbished block. Underfloor heating, nice bathrooms and furnishings, flatscreen tv's and a good kitchen. There is a nice pool & spa in the complex, and the boot room has heaters for boots and gloves. It is also genuinely a ski-in, ski-out boot room - although is slightly more painful if you need to get to childrens ski school which are up the hill, making it way, way quicker to actually march up the road instead and...

Payed no visit to the hotel's spa area though it was included in the room price. ”Great location and able to ski to slopes with young children. Ski hire and shops within complex. Lockers on same floor making it a lot easier to get ready in the morning. Apartment had everything we needed for the week. Will return.”
